A small garden doesn’t have to be boring.

We wanted to bring real drama to this space, creating a standout design that would elevate the property’s value.

The owner was tired of the lawn—it was costly to maintain and never looked great, especially with moles digging it up. We also made sure the practical aspects were covered, like easy access for the garbage bins and postal workers.

With plans to sell the house in a year, the owner knew a beautiful garden would set her home apart and help it sell quickly. She wanted a Mediterranean-inspired vibe, with plenty of color and character, but without the need for irrigation. Now, her garden is a standout—her neighbors can’t stop complimenting her, and she now has lots of inspiration for her new garden.
