Welcome to the first step in creating your dream garden.
You love nature and want a garden, but it feels overwhelming, and you don’t know where to start. You have come to the right place.
We believe in the power of a gorgeous green space. Our gardens are designed to ease stress, improve your well-being, and remind us that we are part of something bigger.
Site-Visit
Our initial consultation begins with a site visit to learn about you and familiarize ourselves with the garden and its’ surroundings. This conversation forms the basis for the design proposal.
Design
The design is developed into a package that may include drawings, a plant gallery, and mood boards.
We procure an estimate from Zoe’s trusted landscape contractors to finalize the landscape construction cost.
Install
We supervise all aspects of the garden's design, construction, and planting. We work closely with our clients and landscape team to ensure the design's success.
And we don't simply vanish once the project is finished. We are happy to return seasonally to check on the garden's progress and provide advice on maintaining it.

We will schedule a time to meet in your garden. Plan about an hour for the visit. If you have any property drawings or pictures of swoon-worthy gardens, please share them. During this visit, we can chat about your favorite plants and ask other questions to help me understand your garden needs. I will take some photographs and measurements of the garden, which will help me develop your proposal.
To expedite the estimating process, I like to ask my landscape contractor to visit the property within a week or two of our initial meeting so he can get me his build/installation estimate.
Design Proposal
Zoe will begin designing your garden once the proposal is agreed upon and signed and an initial deposit is paid.
The design process may include hand or computer drawings and a plant gallery featuring images of the plants we plan to use. If hardscape materials are part of the design, we will bring samples for your approval.
With this design package, you will have gorgeous photographs to help illustrate your new garden. If changes need to be made, we will implement those at this stage.
Once both parties have finalized and agreed upon all design details, we'll schedule a date for the garden installation.
Zoe taps into her nursery resources in the Willamette Valley to meticulously select the best plants for your garden. After procuring the plants, she delivers them and begins crafting your vibrant garden.

When we embark on your garden project, our commitment is unwavering—we stay until it's completed. We take pride in our efficiency and professionalism as a team with six years of collaborative experience.
